The incident took place on Monday at the Ferdinand-Buisson nursery school in Morsang-sur-Orge during lunch break. The school contacted the police after the young victim complained of pain and was examined by the school nurse.

The acts were committed in private at the Ferdinand-Buisson nursery school in Morsang-sur-Orge, Essonne. On Monday, during lunch break, a 4-year-old student allegedly became a victim of assault carried out by two other girls aged 5 and 6. According to initial findings from the investigation, the victim confided in a supervisor that she had pain in her buttocks. These statements prompted the educational staff to have her examined by the school nurse.

During the examination, the nurse noticed redness around the anus. The young nursery student then pointed out the two other girls. According to a source close to the case, the three children had secluded themselves out of sight of adults during after-school time after lunch. Faced with the gravity of the accusations, the school immediately contacted the Juvisy-sur-Orge police station. While the victim was taken to the pediatric emergency department, the police questioned the two girls accused by the victim. Facing investigators, both girls admitted to the acts but accused each other. The Évry public prosecutor s office, when approached, did not respond to requests for comments.

A psychologist is expected to visit the school on Thursday. The Versailles Regional Education Authority stated that support and listening measures will be put in place to assist teachers and students who request it. Mayor Marianne Duranton (UDI) plans to meet with the victim s parents on Wednesday. She stated, The police and judicial authorities are doing their job. Our role is to be present to assure parents that their daughter will be received as best as possible at school in response to this incident.

In this case, a second procedure was initiated against the mother of one of the accused girls. After her interview with the police, she slapped her daughter violently, causing a nosebleed. The 47-year-old mother was placed in custody, while her daughter was placed in a shelter with a temporary placement order.
